A leading Fire and Security company with offices in the heart of London are looking for a Field Operations Manager for the Service Department to cover the London and South East Region.
We are looking for career driven and ambitious candidates who will work closely with the Operations Director and be responsible for key clients and full budgetary P&L control across the Region.
Clients range from the UK’s largest retail and hospitality chains to some of London’s most famous boutique hotels and clubs.
The Field Manager will be working for the UK’s largest independent fire and security company in the UK, recognised in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 as an influential company.
You’ll be joining them at an exciting time as they embark on a period of extensive growth and expansion into new areas, partnering with leading security systems companies introducing state of the art first to market systems to the UK.
The Field Manager role will require an individual to take operational contract management responsibility for a key contracts.
This Field Operations Manager role is an active and visible role requiring excellent customer and client relationship management.

• Experience in the fire systems industry in a supervisory or management role
• Previous experience working in a customer based environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong people management skills
• Ability to create and build strong relationships, with a professional approach
