As a veteran-owned business and ex-military recruitment expert, the company has a particular passion for supporting former service personnel in their transition to civilian careers. Since its inception, the company has helped thousands of professionals find rewarding careers and supported businesses in building high-performing teams.

As we celebrate our 10th anniversary, we reflect on a decade marked by dedication, growth, and commitment to connecting exceptional talent with outstanding opportunities. We were Founded in 2015 by military veterans Chris Buck and Howard Rudder, and have evolved from a small office in Grantham into a renowned recruitment company.
A Decade of Milestones
2015: Humble Beginnings
With a vision to support the Armed Forces community, Chris and Howard launched RecruitME and their dedication was evident from day one, securing their first client within hours of opening. Later that year, they became signatories of the Armed Forces Covenant and received the Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Bronze Award, underscoring their commitment to fair treatment for service members and their families.
2016: Expansion and Recognition
The company's rapid growth necessitated a move to larger premises at Lindpet House in Grantham. Their relentless efforts in advocating for the Armed Forces community were honored with the ERS Silver Award, placing them among esteemed national and blue-chip companies.
2018: Ambassadorial Role
Recognized for their expertise and dedication, RecruitME was invited to serve as East Midlands Ambassadors for X-Forces Enterprise, the organization that had been instrumental in their inception. This role allowed them to mentor and guide other veterans transitioning into civilian careers.
2019: Record-Breaking Success
This year marked significant achievements, including being named a SAGE Power 50 business, highlighting their influence and success in the recruitment industry. The company also celebrated its most successful financial year to date, with record-breaking months and company-wide sales.
2020: Resilience Amidst Challenges
The global pandemic posed unprecedented challenges. Despite this, RecruitME's unwavering support for the Armed Forces community was recognized with the prestigious ERS Gold Award. Embracing the UK's Kickstart Scheme, they onboarded young talents, infusing fresh perspectives into the organization during trying times.
2021-2024: Continued Growth and Commitment
