The Service Engineer Foreman will assist with the organising and managing of a team of skilled engineers working on agricultural machinery and coordinate with other departments to ensure parts availability and efficient time management.
What you’ll be doing:
· Assist, manage and optimise call outs
· Assist with the management of all aspects of the service team and workshop
· Develop and maintain relationships with valued customers
· Be responsible for repairing and maintaining agricultural machinery including tractors and combines on some of the most prestigious agricultural brands in the World
What we’re looking for:
· Experienced Agricultural Engineer looking to step up to a management role
· Excellent knowledge of agricultural machinery and the seasonal pressure in the farming community
· A skilled communicator, enabling you to be able to communicate with engineers and customers
· Used to working to challenging deadlines in a time sensitive environment
