These engineering projects are part of significant capital investment at my client’s site.
The Engineering Project Manager will be joining the new Engineering Leadership Team working alongside a Maintenance Manager and a Site Services Manager.

The Role:
Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you will:
Deliver the site’s capital plans, enabling the achievement of profit and performance targets.
Specify, cost, and manage capital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and with zero harm.
Drive continuous improvement to maximise operational effectiveness and efficiency through the development of people, processes, and systems.
Implement improvement strategies to meet departmental KPIs, while enhancing the group mission, vision, and values as outlined in the Premier Provider Plan.

Your Skills and Experience
We’re looking for someone who has:
A Level 5 qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.
Experience with AutoCAD and CDM.
Proven ability to manage and control multi-disciplined engineering teams and projects, including contractor management, financial oversight, and contract management.
Detailed engineering knowledge of modern, continuous food production processes and factory services.
A solid understanding of associated disciplines, including Environmental Management, Health and Safety, and Food Safety.
Expertise in utility and services installations.
Experience in preparing and monitoring budgets.
Strong IT skills and excellent communication abilities at all levels.
Good negotiating skills with a robust, flexible, and proactive approach.
A full driving license.
