We are looking for a Project Manager to join my client’s fast paced Facilities Department to take on responsibility for the operational management of day to day projects delivery.
This project management role will be responsible for ensuring all facilities related projects are delivered on time, on budget, and ensure the right stakeholders are engaged throughout the process.
Projects will be delivered within our client’s modern stadium and may include new building fabrics renovation, space/moves management, mechanical or electrical systems installation, replacement or remedial repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the effective implementation of building and refurbishment projects.
Manage contractors undertaking work, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
Support the management of reactive and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) activities.
Deliver replacements and upgrades across our Arena's sites, ensuring seamless operations.
Does this sound like you?
Have electrical/multi-trade experience and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to read and understand CAD/electrical drawings (training provided if needed).
Experience in managing projects through the full life cycle.
Proven ability to complete projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
Ideally, possess a project management qualification.
