​Stamford - Salary is £26- £28k | Full-time, Permanent (following a 6-month probation period)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Our client is looking for a dedicated Administrator to join a busy Wealth Management team in Stamford, supporting a large team of professional advisers.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will be flexible, motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

You should be comfortable managing a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely administrative support in line with agreed standards and procedures

• Liaise with Financial Advisers, Paraplanners, and the wider administration team to ensure smooth workflow

• Plan, prioritise, and manage workloads effectively to meet deadlines and targets

• Respond professionally and promptly to incoming customer enquiries

• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and financial solutions within an IFA environment

Key Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced financial planning practice (desirable but not essential, as training is provided)

• Understanding of FCA regulations and their application in an IFA setting

• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail

• Professional, proactive, and positive attitude

• Ability to use Microsoft Office programs confidently

• Must have the right to work in the UK
