We are currently recruiting for a Sports Grounds Person for a prestigious client set in extensive and stunning grounds in a stunning rural location.

The successful Grounds Person candidate will need strong knowledge of grounds machinery and sports pitch maintenance as you will be contributing to the maintenance of extensive sports facilities spread across 56 acres.

Your Impact:

  • Craft immaculate sports pitches, mastering tasks like mowing, fertilization, weed control, and maintaining synthetic surfaces.

  • Operate and maintain mowers and machinery to ensure peak performance.

  • Apply your ground maintenance expertise in aeration, pitch setting, and marking.

  • Showcase your proficiency with various machinery and tools.

  • Collaborate with a team that values unity and shared success.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Proven experience in ground maintenance or a similar role.

  • Certifications like PA1, PA2, and PA6 are a bonus.

  • An NVQ Level 2 in Sports Turf or equivalent qualification is advantageous.

  • A solid foundation in horticulture and plant care.
