What You’ll Be Doing
•Managing your own desk with the opportunity to bring on new clients
•Driving new business opportunities through proactive, sales-focused approaches
•Finding top talent by sourcing, headhunting, and screening candidates (you will be supported by a “resourcer” with access to numerous job boards)
•Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
This role is perfect for someone with strong sales experience who thrives on achieving targets and delivering exceptional results.
