We have a fantastic IFA Financial Administrator opportunity to join a successful and progressive employee owned wealth management firm based in the idyllic Roman and Medieval town of Stamford.

They are a reputable financial practice with a successful history providing fully independent financial advice to clients and have built a growing client base.

Due to current expansion and planned growth, they have a requirement for additional Paraplanners to support a large team of professional advisors.

They have built a growing client base and due to further expansion have a requirement for an IFA Administrator to join their close knit team.

In the job you will be providing administrative support to financial advisers within the office, so it is imperative that you are able to work across multiple levels of the business.

You will also ensure that all work is carried out in a fully compliant nature, in line with FCA regulations and requirements.

My client is flexible on skills and experience, but their strong preference would be for someone who has experience in financial services and knowledge of FCA regulations, although training is provided.

They would also like the candidate to be analytical and have a keen eye for detail.

With the close-knit nature of the team, you will be a committed, enthusiastic individual with a flexible approach to your work.

Along with this you would also have the opportunity to work in a friendly, relaxed, professional environment with the chance to work with highly experienced professionals where you would learn from some of the industry's best professionals.

In return my client is Employee Owned and can offer a competitive salary and benefits and progression to the right individual. These include:

  • Company pension scheme

  • Death in service benefit

  • Sickness policy (once completed probation period)

  • 20 days holiday, plus a week off between Christmas and New Year, plus Bank Holidays

  • Parking permit

  • Social events
