Grantham. Salary £38, 000 - £40, 000 per annum
We have a great opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer in Grantham for a well established business, part of a larger UK Group.
This is a great role for a Maintenance Engineer who is from a manufacturing, industrial, or similar background.
It’s also a great opportunity to be part of a team working on a wide range of machinery, where you’ll be able to get involved with various projects, overhauling and adapting machinery, alongside reactive and planned preventive maintenance.
This Maintenance Engineer role is on a 12-hour shifts on a rotating shift pattern of 4 on 4 off. Hours are 06:00-18:00.
Requirements for this position are a minimum of Level 3 with mechanical knowledge such as bearings, compressors, chains, hydraulics and pneumatics.
What you’ll be doing:
• Ensuring that all operational plant is running
• Contributing to the design of equipment, overhauling and adapting machinery
• Carry out required maintenance to all areas of the site’s facilities
Knowledge and experience in a production driven environment would be an advantage.
