It is a great opportunity for a Training Course Designer / Training Analyst in a role that offers hybrid / one day per week in the office working pattern.
Knowledge / experience of ADDIE OR DSAT is essential for this role.
Working hours are Monday to Friday with an early finish on Friday (midday) (35 hours per week) and hybrid working / one day per week in the office, or onsite with a client, on average.

The successful Training Course Designer will be working closely with internal and external teams to develop the training content.
The client base is predominantly military and aerospace.
You’ll be responsible for the production and delivery of Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) complaint training courseware.
Who we are looking for:
·Experience in course design and have contributed to the design of training courses
·Experience in the use of Microsoft products, particularly Word
·The ability to interpret technical information (OEM Manuals, Technical Documents etc.) as source information in the production of training courseware
A good working knowledge of the training design and development processes (ADDIE OR DSAT) is also required.
