About the Role

You’ll be providing transport services that help people stay connected to their schools, communities, and services. From supporting children with additional needs to providing reliable transport for local residents, you’ll be making a real difference.

Whether you’re an experienced driver or someone with a caring attitude and a clean driving licence, we’d love to hear from you. Full training is available, and we welcome applicants from all walks of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport passengers according to daily schedules

  • Deliver friendly, respectful and reliable service

  • Maintain clear communication with the support team

  • Help create a calm and supportive environment during each journey

Flexible Shifts to Fit Around Life

School Transport (Term Time):

  • Mornings: 06:45 – 09:00

  • Afternoons: 14:30 – 17:00

Community On-Demand Transport:

  • Early Shifts: 06:45 – 12:00

  • Late Shifts: 12:00 – 19:00

These shifts are ideal for working parents, semi-retired individuals, or anyone looking for meaningful work with flexibility.

What We’re Looking For

  • D1 or D Licence with CPC (required)

  • A friendly, professional, and patient approach

  • Ability to commute to the Grantham area

  • Willingness to undergo DBS checks and any necessary training
