Key Responsibilities:
Oversee payroll operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Manage payroll budgets effectively to optimize financial resources.
Handle all aspects of pension scheme management, including Auto Enrolment and Defined Benefit.
Manage property income streams to maximize returns.
Lead and inspire a team of payroll and pensions professionals to achieve departmental goals.
We are looking for a pensions and payroll professional with in-depth payroll knowledge at a supervisory level, pension knowledge including Auto Enrolment, Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution and Salary Sacrifice.
Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel and strong numeracy and analytical skills are of course a must.
The Payroll and Pensions Accountant should Ideally you should have a CIPP qualification and previous experience of iTrent or other integrated HR/Payroll systems.
