We are working alongside them to recruit a Learning and Development Manager on a hybrid basis working at their head office close to Stamford.

The Learning and Development Manager will into the Head of Knowledge and Learning Development.

About the Learning and Development Manager job role:

•This role will be dedicated to developing knowledge and learning assets to support our customers and input into new product/service development where relevant.

•The role is accountable for the development and curation of globally relevant content and resources in procurement and supply chain management and where relevant CIPS syllabi and Learning Standards.

•The role includes researching/reviewing/writing/commissioning and updating content and the progression and input into key products to ensure the outputs meet the on-going needs of our customers.

•Cross functional collaboration and working with internal and external stakeholders is core to this role to create innovative and compelling content assets in a variety of formats and for global consumption.

Qualifications and Experience:

•You will be MCIPS Qualified or committed to study for MCIPS

•Strong subject matter expert in Purchasing & Supply Management demonstrated by either education or experience

•Knowledge of syllabi and schemes of work (SoW) that are used for educational purposes

•Familiar with different learning pedagogical approaches

•Skilled in content development - guidance materials, management reports, etc

•Team player with the ability to work cross functionally
