Stafford / Hybrid – £60k per annum PRO RATA
I have an immediate start for an interim Senior Operations Manager – property maintenance - to cover the Stafford area for my client’s in-house repairs and maintenance team.
This housing group operates across Staffordshire and Shropshire and has won numerous awards for its willingness to go the extra mile to keep customers and staff safe.
They deliver repairs and maintenance services for more than 18,000 homes and employs over a 1, 000 staff across multiple companies.
You’ll be responsible for the effective delivery of property service maintenance and improvement works, ensuring the most cost effective use of resources and where possible exceeding customer requirements in terms of quality, value for money, customer service and probity.
Responsible for organising, through a dedicated management/supervisory team, the direct labour operatives and sub-contractors required for the successful delivery of all projects.
The details of the role are:
•£60,000 per annum (pro rata)
•37 Hours per week
•Stafford office base / hybrid around one day per week in the office
•Access to company vehicle.
•Travel will be required, however hybrid working will apply (business need dependant)
•Start date ASAP
If you have a relevant HNC/HND and IOSHH/SMSTS, or equivalent, and proven track record of commercial and operational knowledge from a construction / contracts background, and you’re immediately available, then get in touch.
