Our Client is seeking a CTA-Qualified Tax Manager to join the expanding Tax Advisory team. This client-facing role offers a dynamic mix of tax advisory work, portfolio management, team leadership, and business development across our five offices.

You’ll work with an impressive client base that includes high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, wealthy families, trusts, and estates. You’ll also play a key role in developing the team, supporting junior staff, and collaborating closely with partners on strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on a broad range of tax areas, including income and capital taxes, trusts, succession planning, share options, and residency issues

  • Take ownership of a varied portfolio of private and corporate clients

  • Lead and support members of the tax advisory team, providing mentoring and training as required

  • Work closely with resident Partners to develop new business opportunities and support marketing and networking activity

  • Collaborate across departments to deliver an exceptional client experience

What We’re Looking For

  • CTA-qualified with proven experience in tax advisory work

  • Strong knowledge of personal and capital taxes, trusts, and succession planning

  • Excellent client relationship management and interpersonal skills

  • Confident team leader with a passion for mentoring others

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to firm-wide development initiatives

  • A collaborative approach to working across multi-disciplinary teams
